2. Counter-Notification

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for your district or any other judicial district where we may be located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice of infringement.

3. Content Removal

4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
5. Limitation of Liability
