2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification should include:

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for your district or any other judicial district where we may be located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice of infringement.

3. Content Removal

Once a valid DMCA notification is received, we will take down the infringing content and notify the user who posted the content. If a counter-notification is received, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless we receive further legal action.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or claims arising from the removal or restoration of any content on our website. By submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instructional Design ID Blog from any liability related to such actions.
